TRAINING PROGRAMME - Bihar Techne Services & Supply (OPC) Pvt.Ltd personnel are continually involved in the ongoing process of Quality Improvement, which results in employee retention with corresponding growth in customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
CLIENT SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS - Bihar Techne Services & Supply (OPC) Pvt.Ltd operates through a well dened organization and chain of command. The Assignment Manager together with two (2) Assistant Assignment manager and Duty Manager will be available at all times to receive instructions from the Client. These instructions will be relayed to the guard force and other managers of the organization wherever required.
CRISIS MANAGEMENT -Based on our experience, we have established the factors that would inuence invoking of a contingency / recovery plan to be of two categories viz. Natural such as Fire, Flood, Earthquake, Tempest, Drought etc. and Man-made such as Strikes, Civil disturbances, Riots, Communal violence threat etc. Under any such circumstances, if normal service delivery gets interrupted like the guard force is not able to reach their sites to perform their duties as per the regular pattern. To overcome this we have a contingency plan that would help reduce the impact of such disasters
